If you’re aiming to get a decent study score in Maths Methods then you already know at some stage this year you must practice exam questions.
So when is the best time to start practicing exam questions?
Is it a week before the exams? Or should you start when you finish the course. Some say during the third term holidays, or is it better to start mid year?
What do you think? Have you started practicing exam questions yet?
The best time to start working on exam questions is as soon as you can confidently answer textbook questions on a topic. eg finding Area Under a Graph.
The earlier you start practicing exam questions the better prepared you’ll be. Not only for your SACs during the year but also for your Methods exams at the end of the year.
But until today the problem was that with the resources available for Maths Methods students, exam questions weren’t really grouped into smaller topics.
The best resources only grouped exam questions into the 6 main topics – which meant you either had to wait until you complete each main topic or leave practicing exam questions till the end of the year.
So what ends up happening is that you have no chance of completing enough exam questions or potentially burning yourself out spamming past papers right before exam time.
This is why I’ve created the Maths Methods Club – it’s an online resource where you’ll find every single Methods exam questions and solutions from 2006 grouped into 35 smaller topics.
You can instantly group questions into any topic – allowing you to practice and learn exam questions AS OF TODAY.
This way as you finish studying a topic, for instance let’s say you just learnt how to Find The Area Under a Graph…
you can login and from the main topic select Integration and then from the sub topics select Area Under a Graph.
You’ll then see every Methods exam questions related to Finding The Area Under a Graph asked from 2006 to date.
This is the absolute best way to prepare yourself for exams and SACS throughout the year.
So if you haven’t started practicing exam questions yet – it’s never too late – you have no excuse now… start practicing exam questions as of today.
